Line 3 explanation, 13 items:
Item 1: FQDN or IP #
Item 2: IP #
Item 3: time interval in minutes (minmum 1)
Item 4: description (15 characters)
Item 5: path of where to save created webpages and data (no trailing slash)
Item 6: hour chart (1=on 0=off)
Item 7: day chart (1=on 0=off)
Item 8: week chart (1=on 0=off)
Item 9: month chart (1=on 0=off) (not implemented yet)
Item 10: year chart (1=on 0=off) (not implemented yet)
Item 11: True=1 chart/page, False=all charts on same page (not implemented yet)
Item 12: 1=Do a chart for FQDN and it's IP, 0=Don't chart for FQDN's IP # (not implemented yet)
Item 13: 1=Do it on the same page, 0=Do it on a separate page (options for above) (not implemented yet)
